What data we collect
- Enquiry details you choose to send us: name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
- Analytics data (only with your consent): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss working together. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and steps prior to entering a contract.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: your consent.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists without asking you first.
Cookies
- Essential: a single browser storage entry recording your cookie choice. No tracking.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 cookies, loaded only after you select "Accept analytics". Choosing "Essential only" means no analytics scripts load at all.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which brings the consent banner back.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry emails are held in our business email system. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC as our processor. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed for the relationship and any legal or regulatory obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request data portability. Email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to reply to you.
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If any part of this site is difficult to use, email us and we will fix it and provide the information you need in another format.
